Lead React Developer
Austin TX - Onsite
Salary : $110 to $120K
We are looking for a Senior Lead developer who has 8 years of experience in design and development of React.js applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solid developer and make it work mindset and approach.
- Lead the design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work with other developers, providing guidance on React.js best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows.
