Role : Master Scheduler
Location : West Chester, OH (Onsite)
Duration : 24 months
Description :
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex, multi-year project schedules from a variety of inputs and stakeholders
- Attend and participate in project meetings; coordinate tasks, monitor progress, assess resources, identify and assess risks & establish backup schedules
- Demonstrated experience in assessing and deconflicting schedules across multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to provide progress reports and coordinate internal and vendor completion rates with cost accounting
- Ability to establish project templates and train team members on processes and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and interpersonal skills
o Preference for cGMP and / or construction experience
o Preference for Smartsheet and MS Project
