o Lead the design and development of software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
o Oversee the implementation of design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
o Provide expertise in JUnit5 for effective unit testing and code quality assurance.
o Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
o Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
o Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to company standards.
o Continuously Client, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
