JOB SUMMARY
-Responsible assisting Partner Product Solution Manager by ensuring the Product Management organization is adhering to business standards and assisting in the overall product organization efficiency.
-Responsible for vendor management governance is adhered to by attending meetings with product owners, technology, Procurement, and management Responsible for the management of the Payments Product SharePoint site and future product supplier billing initiatives.
-Assisting with the creation of departmental vendor management documentation including processing mapping, framework, presentations, tools and contract tracking for sourced products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Supplier Management: 50% of Time Spent
-Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned product(s) through Sourcing/ Procurement governance activities including contract interpretation, contract tracking, and supplier performance management.
-Identify and define problems with supplier relationships by working with the product owners, and various stakeholders, and comparing with the contract deliverables and objectives
-Develop solutions through strategic planning, including product roadmap and business plan development, pricing and positioning assessment; understanding Sourcing RFx process; develop solution requirements; represent voice of customer throughout requirements, design and development process; ensure solution addresses defined market problem(s) and aligns with solution development.
-Work with product owners to monitor product life cycle to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
-Define, measure and manage product risk -Measure assigned product(s) success and communicate results.
-Portfolio and Revenue Management: 25% of Time Spent
-Continuously work with product owner to evaluate current economic conditions and advise management of possible impact to assigned.
-Product Health Initiatives Partner with Enterprise Data, Product, and Liquidity teams to create, validate and roll out new dashboard for overall product health reporting.
-Partner with Operations area(s): -To ensure appropriate product stability.
-To ensure an efficient escalation and resolution protocol is in place for production (system/operational) issues.
-For continuous improvement of production (system/operational) processes - 25% of Time Spent.
