Job Title: Client Success Specialist
Atirix Medical Systems Inc is seeking an individual for full-time, entry-level client-facing Support, Implementation and Training. Atirix develops and provides medical software to U.S. and Canadian hospitals and health systems. The individual will start by assisting teams and projects as needed. As the individual grows and learns about the product, they will have the opportunity to dive deeper into areas of interest. The individual will report to a Senior Specialist or a Director of Client Services.
The individual will have the opportunity to learn about medical software product development and support as they work with biomedical engineers, clinical specialists, and IT professionals.
Possible Areas of Responsibility:
- Medical Staff Client Support
o Assist support team by troubleshooting support requests from clients and corresponding with clients via email or phone call.
o These could be login issues, questions on use of the software product, or report preparations for Quality Assurance compliance inspections.
- Client Education and Documentation
o Lead online client training sessions.
o Assist documentation team by writing content and editing visual graphics for our online help center and technical manuals.
- Quality Assurance
o Assist quality assurance team by testing software change requests during a release cycle. This involves running test cases and having discussions with subject matter experts to validate the change.
Salary Range: $46,500 – $55,000/ year depending on qualifications and experience
Required skills and qualifications:
- Healthcare or Life Science related bachelor’s degree or experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate next steps
- Ability to thrive in changing environment
Non-required but helpful skills:
- Degree or experience in a healthcare-oriented field
- 1 - 3 years of office work experience
This position is in-person, with flex work possibilities, and may have opportunities for occasional overnight travel. There will be a need to be On-Call 1 - 2 days a year for Atirix Company Holidays. Candidates need to be in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Atirix clients are healthcare systems, which require their vendors to operate in a secure environment.
