We’re expanding our Air Department Team! This part-time position works closely with the Air Manager, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Administration teams to:
- Prepare and manage air itineraries, quotes including passthrough air, exchanges and commissions.
- Correspond professionally with clients, staff, air carriers, and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and deliver accurate air itineraries.
- Analyze ticket costs, best routings, preferred carriers, and various classes of service options.
- Learn and apply coding/formatting for air systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software (training provided).
- Passion for travel and understanding of geography (international travel experience a plus).
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable using both Mac and PC systems.
- Able to manage tasks in a fast-paced team and independent environment.
- 2 years of air ticketing experience is required; Amadeus is preferred.
- Starting Pay: $23/hour, with growth opportunities based on performance.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, part time hours to be determined, we are flexible.

Relocation Requirement:
This role is based in Boulder, CO, 80301. Candidates must reliably commute to our office, we do not offer relocation assistance, this is not a remote position.
