KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and updating production schedules, ensuring alignment with machine capacity, labor availability, and material constraints.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to communicate lead times and scheduling updates.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively communicate any risks or delays to the Master Scheduler.
- Input, update, and analyze scheduling data in our custom scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within the scheduling process.
- Assist in troubleshooting scheduling conflicts and adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
- Ensure that all schedule-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support for scheduling functions, including reporting and data tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a related role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in scheduling or ERP software, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
