Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the team in the acquisition of new work. This position will serve as part of the proposal preparation team, contributing to the development of high-quality statements of qualifications, technical proposals, and other marketing materials in pursuit of transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities :
Update standard material information for inclusion in marketing packages (i.e. resumes, project sheets, experience matrices, etc.)
Participate in the development of RFQ / RFP responses, including writing, editing / review, formatting, graphics, layout, and print production
Assist in proposal production (i.e. copying, collating, binding, etc.)
Prepare informational and other qualifications documents, and supporting other areas of the company (as required) with marketing-related assistance
Qualifications :
Associates or bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration requiring strong writing, analytical, and communications skills (i.e. marketing, communications, English, journalism, etc.); or a minimum of two years of relevant and successful proposal experience. Experience in the architecture, engineering, and / or construction (A / E / C) industry a plus.
Demonstrated writing and editing skills
Well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers and clients
Strong computer skills (Word and PowerPoint required, Adobe InDesign a significant plus)

Base salaries will be determined by factors such as geographic location, education, skills, experience, and market considerations. For this role the base salary range is $77,500 to $100,000.
