We are seeking a Payroll Manager to join our finance team in Tampa, FL.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the payroll operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing leadership and support to the payroll team. This role involves managing payroll systems, resolving payroll discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
This is a hybrid position that requires to be on-site at least 2 days a week.

How will you contribute to the team?
•    Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
•    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
•    Manage payroll systems and software, ensuring data integrity and security.
•    Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries.
•    Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.
•    Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
•    Supervise and train payroll staff, providing guidance and support.
•    Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
What will you contribute:
•    Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•    Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
•    Experience: At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
•    Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
•    Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
•    Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
