We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our energy team in Augusta, Maine.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Effective leadership in a matrix organization.
- Initiation, Planning, Executing, and Closing Projects
- Defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, initiating the project, building its comprehensive work plan, controlling and managing to the risks, scope, schedule and budget.
- Managing Teams — facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and managing teams.
- Implementation and Management of Quality and Environmental Process and procedures on all projects focusing on meeting SPI and CPI performance indicators
- Management of third-party projects including other transmission owners and interconnecting customers

Expected compensation range is between $125,000 - $150,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
Upon acceptance of an offer, all candidates must go through a drug screen test and background check. AtkinsRéalis is a federal contractor which mandates a satisfactory background screening report and drug test that supersedes state laws.
