Who We Are Looking For :
Reporting to either the Vice President, Associate General Counsel Electrical or the General Counsel and Secretary of the Company, the Corporate Paralegal will serve in a central role within the Legal Department, working with Atkore’s in-house counsel providing substantive Paralegal support.
What You’ll Do : Corporate :
- Assist with resolutions, organizational documents and qualifications / authorizations for the Company, its many subsidiaries, and the Atkore Family Foundation.
- Manage hard copy and electronic versions of minute books for Company’s subsidiaries.
- Coordinate third party service providers for subsidiary compliance (annual reports, qualifications to do business, dba’s, etc.).
- Work on and respond to requests from various corporate departments including Human Resources, Investor Relations, Finance and Tax.
- Manage Trademark portfolio (new registration and renewals) and patent annuities.
- Assist business unit lawyers with real estate lease management activities.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $65,280 - $89,760. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
