Who we are looking for :
We are currently searching for a Maintenance Manager based out of Fort Mill, SC. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will manage the maintenance department, staff and the operations for the entire facility.
What you’ll do
- Provide supervision and leadership to plant maintenance employees.
- Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and coordinate or initiate reordering when necessary.
- Ensure operating / training manuals are up to date and used for training employees.
- Enter maintenance related data into systems as needed / appropriate.
- Oversee maintenance functions with a drive to eliminate repetitive issues by developing personnel and using metrics to help make decisions.
- Minimize breakdowns or disruptions in the production processes by developing a preventative maintenance and inspection list and schedule.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities and promote the plant Lean culture.
- Coordinate and / or perform inspection of building and equipment as required by regulatory agencies.
- Be a leader in safety, and enforce company policy in regard to EH&S and Lean Initiatives
- Create and adhere to departmental budgets.
- Lead maintenance transformation from a "break / fix" culture to a reliability-based maintenance culture
- Perform other duties as assigned.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $100,000 - $137,500. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
