Maintenance Technician
Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to be based out of Thomasville, GA. Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and operable condition of machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
Maintenance Technician's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and repair equipment used to manufacture, package, convey, and store PVC conduit. Ensure safe and operable condition of machinery and mechanical components by completing required PMs on engines, motors, and pneumatic tools.
- Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
- Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical skill set experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes desired
- Any other requirements/qualifications as needed
- Complete any required training
- Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.
- Be well-versed in Atkore’s Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $26.55 to $33.77. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
