Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in German, Polish, or another European language being highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, a focus on integrity, accountability, and team development are also essential.
This role requires the ability to balance priorities across client, site, and corporate levels, ensuring cohesive project delivery. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dynamic, and international in outlook, with a willingness to travel frequently, with more than 50% travel expected.
