As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $78,320 - $107,690. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.

What you’ll do:
- Project setup, insurance requests, certified payroll reporting, and customer invoicing
- Post cash and accounts receivable follow-up
- OCIP/CCIP
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-6 years of experience, preferably in construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Understand accounting theory and application.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think through process, problems and analysis
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Complete your Atkore immersion program.
- Develop relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.
- Have learned the fundamentals of our company’s internal software and processes.
- Take full ownership of project reporting
- Take full ownership over recurring journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist Controller with creation of ad-hoc financial reports
- Assist Controller with analysis and reporting of balance sheet fluctuations
- Provide suggestions for improvement to current processes that pertain to your responsibilities.
- Be subject matter expert in your processes.
