We are a full-service 24-hour fitness center, specializing in boxing / kickboxing classes alongside traditional personal training, bootcamps, and individuals working out in our large and fully appointed 24 / 7 gym space.
Our locations range in size from 6,000 sq feet to almost 20,000 sq feet.
Position : General Manager
We are hiring a GM for the Lawrenceville / Lilburn / Norcross locations (atlfitness247.com).
Job Requirements :
- Sales experience (preferably in the fitness industry)
- Gym experience (personal training, sales desk, etc.)
- Good people skills (dealing with members, potential members, and staff)
- Sales ability (this job is largely a sales position)
- Good administrative ability (must be able to follow protocols for dealing with large numbers of sales leads, sales follow-ups, managing a personal training calendar for your trainers, etc.)
- Must have a good sense of humor!
Pay is competitive for the industry, and a good manager can expect to make approximately $1,000 to $1,200.
