Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain sterile conditions by utilizing aseptic techniques during the preparation of IV infusions and other medications.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions regarding medication administration and pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards, including proper labeling and storage of medications.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ensuring the availability of essential medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care through effective medication management.
- Document all medication administration and patient interactions accurately in accordance with medical protocols.
