What are the responsibilities and job description for the All Star Cheer/Tumbling Coach position at ATL Xtreme All Stars?
ATL Xtreme is an All Star cheerleading program. We are looking for passionate Cheerleading and Tumbling Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in competitive cheer/tumbling, be able to motivate and inspire young athletes and be able to teach proper technique and safety protocols. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in competitive cheerleading and tumbling.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to learn the scoring rubrics and be able to make sure teams are meeting level requirements.
- Commitment for the entire 2025-2026 season.
- Must obtain USASF greenlight within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with cheerleaders, parents, and other coaches.
- Use knowledge of cheer and tumbling skills to assist in classes and practices.
- Teach proper technique and safety protocols for stunts, jumps, and tumbling to improve team and individual athlete performance.
We are currently looking for class instructors.
Please do not apply if you are not able to teach tumbling classes on Mondays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There are opportunities for coaching a team or additional classes depending on your availability but Mondays are required!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week
