We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a multitude of businesses. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content across various platforms, monitoring online conversations, analyzing campaign performance, and actively engaging with followers to build a strong brand presence and achieve marketing goals; key duties include content creation, community management, campaign planning, data analysis, and maintaining brand consistency across social media channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategy development: Create and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with overall marketing objectives, identifying target audiences and relevant platforms.
- Content creation: Generate high-quality content including text, images, videos, and graphics tailored to each social media platform, maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Community management: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions, fostering positive interactions and building a loyal community.
- Social media monitoring: Track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and address issues promptly.
- Campaign execution: Develop and manage social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and reach.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, reach, engagement, and conversions to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Platform management: Maintain and update company social media profiles across various platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
