We are seeking a dedicated full-time Bartender to join our team, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. Candidates must be available for various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Bartender to join our team, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. Candidates must be available for various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the mission and core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club
- Warmly greet members and their guests upon arrival
- Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients for efficient service
- Inspect and rotate beer, wine, and liquor to maintain optimal freshness
- Complete opening and closing side work for each shift
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of all menu items and Club events
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver food, clear nonessential items from tables, and frequently check on dining members
- Reset tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
- Present accurate member charges and obtain signatures
- Resolve member issues promptly and effectively
- Foster teamwork by assisting coworkers with floor duties and side work
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food and beverages and stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., kegs, cases of beverages)
- Safely lift and move kegs weighing up to 120 pounds, with assistance
- Work in varying environmental conditions (e.g., warm bar areas, walk-in coolers)
- Frequent bending, lifting, walking, and standing
- Minimum of one year of experience in Food & Beverage
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
- High school diploma or equivalent
