Summary
The Halfway House provides a limited food & beverage menu for our members and their guest. Halfway House team members are responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the cleaning standards of the facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club
- Responsible for proper input of order and charging members account
- Prepare and/or complete the preparation of food items and snacks (breakfast, sandwiches, protein bars)
- Make and serve limited alcoholic beverages (Bloody Mary's, canned beer, seltzers)
- Ensure compliance with highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all Halfway House areas
- Responsible for timely requisitioning of all food, beverage, and other supplies
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and have a pleasant personality
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with members and team members
- Able to stand for extended periods of time in a hot, humid environment
- Adhere to proper standards of dress, grooming, and hygiene at all times
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work week-ends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to obtain a pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
- Previous customer service experience in a food and beverage outlet preferred
