Line Cook - Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Sets-up, maintains and breaks down assigned station
• Works assigned station to meet or exceed all standards of performance including following all recipes, instructions and directions on preparing food, dishes, meals, etc.
• Ensures that work station and equipment are clean and sanitary
• Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations
• Assist with other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies And Expectations

• Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and all line positions
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background/criminal history check
  
  

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Required to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuous repetitive motions
• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year or more of related experience or training
• Food safety certification a plus
• Legally authorized to work in the US
