Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $14 per hour
- Enjoy a holiday rate of 1.5 times normal pay on Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day

- Plan and lead engaging educational activities for children including arts, crafts, games and storytelling
- Ensures a safe environment by following established safety procedures and guidelines
- Accurately complete accident and incident reports related to child injuries or behavior concerns
- Assists with the set up and breakdown of children's activities and events
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming space for children and parents
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for children, parents and staff
- Engage professionally with members, guests, colleagues and supervisors
- Prioritize child safety while promoting a fun and enriching experience
- Support club-wide events that have child-friendly activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Youth Activities Director
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of experience in childcare or teaching leadership role preferred
- Required training session May 21-26. Exact time TBD at a later date
- Seasonal Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) or Full-Time (20-40 hours/week), based on your availability
- Shifts vary based on the needs of the Club and include nights, weekends and holidays
