Responsibilities"
- Oversee and manage the sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in the automotive field is required
- Understand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the used vehicle purchase
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and leadership qualities
- Computer proficient
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
