Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a deep understanding of the used car market. As a salesperson at Atlanta Best Used Cars, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the car-buying process, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, actively listening to their needs and preferences.

  2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends and updates.

  3. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and additional services.

  4. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Foster a positive and trustworthy image for the dealership.

  5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.

  6. Paperwork and Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a salesperson in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
