The Relief Account Manager is responsible for meeting individual sales objectives as set forth through prescribed sales standards for each service area. This is achieved through selling, merchandising, servicing, and successful completion of other related sales duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and distribution of all Atlanta Beverage Company products and packages within each account through established Company sales methods.
- Call on assigned accounts as scheduled
- Ensures all alcohol and non-alcohol products are merchandised effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrates effective communication methods.
- Effectively utilizes analytical tools to identify opportunities and make recommendations to increase sales.
- Demonstrates effective customer service skills.
- Develops and implements account plans and objectives
- Tracks and measures sales goals
- Maintain up to date account profiles, i.e. tracking and measuring.
- Work with supplier representatives as scheduled and needed to drive business
- Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers.
- Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.
- Demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary.
- Maintains security and the proper maintenance of company vehicles equipment, cameras and other related “selling tools”.
- Accurately performs any other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
