Maintenance Technician
ABW Logistics: DFW, TX.
Starting Pay: $26.50 - $27.50 dependent on experience.
Schedule: Day Shift
Ability to work overtime and weekends as necessary.

Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for providing mechanical and other maintenance support to maintain the respective facility and all equipment.
Job duties may include:
- Fire safety equipment
- Working with fire pumps, fire risers (draining, filling, repairing, etc.), fire detection systems.
- Concrete repairs
- Using power tools
- Repairing failed joint sealants, cutting out and re-filling joints
- Repairing concrete damage/spalled joints
- Sealing cracks in concrete slabs
- Damaged bollards – replacing including chipping out anchors, re-filling, and re-installing new anchors
- General upkeep work
- Painting
- Cleaning
- General organization of workspaces
- Taping drive lines
- Wall repairs
- Moving and installing furniture/TVs/cabinets etc.
- Rack repairs/work
- Damaged rack feet, beams etc.
- Re-profiling racks
- Forklift repairs
- Load wheels
- Bearings/bushings
- Drive wheels
- RF Equipment/scanners
- Bent forks
- Occasional fabrication
- Cutting
