Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and coordinate monthly safety meetings for all public warehouse sites
Coordinate with Safety Manager topics to be reviewed during monthly safety meetings
Present and review safety incidents at facility safety meetings
Participate in semi annual review meetings with Workers Comp and Fleet liability insurance providers
Ensure on-site forklift certification for all new warehouse associates and contingent employees are conducted properly.
Schedule And Coordinate Company-wide Forklift Recertificationsto SatisfyOSHA Requirements.
Maintain certification documentation
Responsible for input of workers compensation injuries into Strategic Comp System, insurance providers and Strategic Comp portal.
Coordinate treatment and progress of workers comp injury cases with case managers and injured employees.
Be proficient with ABW MSD catalog and Incident Reporting Programs. Present MSD during customer or government audits.

Qualifications
- Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to schedule, prioritize and work independently
- Overall positive approach to challenges
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to be trusted with confidential information
- Be willing to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to work with outside auditors, inspectors and government agencies
- This position will be based out of the ABW3000 office facility but there will be significant travel between all of the Atlanta campus facilitiesin Kennesaw, Acworth, Lithia Springs and Austell Georgia. Travel to Contact and Public facilities in other states may be necessary
