Responsibilities

- Assess and evaluate student progress through standardized testing and other assessment tools.

- Provide support for students with special education needs, ensuring inclusive practices are followed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and academic achievements.
- Mentor students in their personal development, encouraging positive social interactions and self-esteem.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and wellness.
- Foster early childhood education principles to support foundational learning.
Experience
- A degree in Elementary Education or a related field is required.
- PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO ARE CERTIFIED T-4 and above
- Experience working with students in an elementary school setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational assessments.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for diverse learners.
- Previous experience in private school settings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in mentoring or tutoring students will be beneficial.
