Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist guests with reservations and seating arrangements.
Provide information about services, products, and events.
Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests.
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
