Chauffeur Manager

• Reports directly to upper Management, this position will be responsible for managing a group of Independent Contracted Chauffeur's & Bus Drivers and Independent Operators.
• This candidate must have 2 year’s driver management experience in hiring, training, recruiting and coaching staff.
• Must have a flexible schedule and live within 20 miles of zip code 30344

Responsibilities.

• In this position you must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment under stressful situations and in a deadline driven workplace.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and pay attention to detail.
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DOT REGULATIONS/COMPLIANCE, DOCUMENTATION, AND INSPECTIONS
• MUST HAVE knowledge of CDL requirements/compliance
• Strong organization skills are a must.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must have proven ability track record to manage and lead people,
• Able to multitask with strong follow-up skills.
• Must know how to use a computer and i-Pad/Apple products.
• Candidate must be familiar and compliant with DOT rules and regulations.

Duties

• Responsible for solving all customer and chauffeur related issues in a timely fashion
• Review all logging for DOT for accuracy
• You will interface with your chauffeurs on a day-to-day basis assisting in their success within the company.
• You will be held accountable for making sure our Chauffeurs are always providing good customer service to our clients.
• Must be able to recruit, train, hire, develop and discipline chauffeurs.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
