Ticket Operations Assistant - Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons are a professional American football club
and member of the National Football League (NFL).  The team’s headquarters
and practice facility are located on a 50-acre site in Flowery Branch,
Georgia.  The Falcons’ NFL expansion franchise was awarded in 1965 and
acquired by current owner Arthur M. Blank in 2002.  Under Blank’s

This is a seasonal, part-time
position, approximately 30 hours per week. The Ticket Operations Assistant
position provides support and assistance in ticket resolution, order
fulfillment, and ticket distribution for the Atlanta Falcons. 

This is a seasonal, part-time role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown
Atlanta. This role starts in March 2025 and ends in January 2026.

·       Assist in the processing and establishment of PSLs (Personal Seat License), season tickets, groups, and single game ticket accounts

·       Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution and customer service at all gates

·       Assist in managing technology for game days and other events

·       Provide daily support to our sales and service departments in their efforts to support our season ticket holders

·       Assist in handling our internal shared inbox requests

·       Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned by full-time associates of the department.

·       Ability to deliver excellent service to fans

·       Proficient with MS Word and Excel

·       Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred

·       Microsoft CRM experience preferred

·       Ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts efficiently

·       Must be able to work Monday through Friday and all Falcons home games – may include nights or holidays

·       Punctuality

·       Knowledge of football preferred

·       Excellent oral communication skills.

·       Excellent time management and organizational skills.

·       Ability to operate various computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft’s suite of products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, Ticketmaster, CRM, and customized in-house ticketing system and databases.

·       Ability to work well in a team environment.
