Description
The Residential Cabinets Quality Control Specialist represents Atlanta Flooring Design Centers to builders and homeowners and must maintain good working relationships with them. Responsible for communicating concerns and issues effectively with installers and ensure that we provide the highest quality of service to our new home builder clients while controlling costs. He or she works with subcontractors to maintain high quality job standards, conduct field audits and job site/safety inspections. May also be required to take care of repairs and/or warranty issues on site as needed.
Candidates for this position must have previous experience in cabinetry, strong interpersonal skills and a talent for working with variety of personalities. Good written communication skills, time management, professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. He/she will drive their own vehicle for company business. A vehicle allowance plus a fuel card will be provided as part of the total compensation package.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction
- Respond to builder and/or post-sale customer concerns regarding warranty issues, repairs and material or quality issues
- Makes repairs onsite as necessary

Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation and tools of the trade
- Cabinet experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have experience operating power tools such as a miter saw, jig saw, nail guns, etc...
- Must have clean driving record
