Description
The Receptionist serves as the face of Atlanta Flooring Design Centers, both in-person and over the phone. He/She must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong organizational skills, good phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Receptionist will greet individuals walking into the building, answer any incoming phone calls, assist with filing and digitizing paperwork and other tasks as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scan, file, research and organize documents
- Answer and manage multi-line telephone and paging system
- Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
- Process payments
- Perform other duties as assigned
HOURS:
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 5 pm
