Job Summary:
We need strong team members to help our retail operations. You will provide our guests our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with Retail Leads to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Engage our guests to create a unique and individualized experience
- Greet, sell and up-sell Hawks merchandise to our guests
- Open and close our retail stores while handling an accurate bank and store keys
- Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
- Assist store associates to maximize sales potential
- Assist Retail Leads in store operations
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
- Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic
- Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthly
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Previous cash and credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Ability to stand for 4 hours during shifts
- Must have reliable transportation
