What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Ambassador position at Atlanta Hawks?

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pedestrian and vehicular management (off street and private property)
- Parking Deck and Parking Lot Assistance as needed
- Ride Share Coordination and Wayfaring assistance
- Pre and Post Game traffic management assistance with off duty police (traffic control device setup, signage, etc)
- Pedestrian and wayfaring assistance at Hawks off-site events (STM, Community Engagement, etc
- Golf cart transportation assistance as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (2 year or 4 year degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills – with experience in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Required education level-High School Diploma – associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Environment: Exterior role, prone to uncontrollable weather conditions
- Hours: Part Time including weekends - with flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed.
