This role is essential in ensuring smooth front desk operations, providing top-tier customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. Part-Time (Weekday & Weekend Positions Available)
Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
✔ Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
✔ Manage mail, packages, and administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
✔ Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist in office administration.
✔ Communicate with internal departments and relay messages effectively.
✔ Support company events, meetings, and new employee onboarding.
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (certification in office administration is a plus).
✅ Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and office equipment.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Work Schedule & Conditions:
Part-time opportunities available:
- Weekday Receptionist (Monday–Friday)
- Weekend Receptionist (Saturday & Sunday)
o Primarily an office-based role with direct interaction with clients and staff.
o May require occasional work on weekends and select open holidays.
