We are looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Sales Support to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our sales manager
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails
- Develop and maintain a filing system for any sales projects you are assisting
- Maintain contact lists
- Ship and mail products upon request
- Input purchase orders when needed
- Provide general support to clients on the phone and walk ins
- Proven experience as an administrative office assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
