About the Role:
This position is responsible for assisting Atlanta Postal Credit Union in living out its mission by providing exceptional products and services to members. The primary purpose of this role is to develop, oversee, and expand retail member relationships and growth within assigned geographical areas.
- Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members, ensuring alignment with our Service Promises.
• Identify and acquire new retail members through various strategies, including prospecting, pipeline management, and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain a network of local market Centers of Influence (COI) contacts.
• Work collaboratively with business relationship managers to acquire retail members.
