We are looking for a motivated individual to work with the senior fiberglass tech with the intention of becoming the senior tech in the future and leading their own team on jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Install blown in fiberglass insulation in attics
• Install fiberglass batt insulation in new construction, walls, ceilings, and crawlspaces
• Provide other miscellaneous services to facilitate the installation of insulation
• Ability to load and drive truck to and from warehouse to jobsites
• Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws
• Willing to train and develop other team members
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service delivery
• Uphold professionalism in customer interactions and on-site work
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED - required
• Prior experience installing fiberglass (batt & blown) insulation - required (1-2 years)
• Previous experience in home services is valued but not mandatory
• Drivers license
• Willing to submit to background check
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical:

• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

Job:

• Type: Full Time
• Pay: $19-$22 per hour
• Expected hours: 32-40 per week
• Shift: 6-8 hours
• Additional Pay: Performance bonuses available
