Pay Structure: $1,000/week base or 25% commission, whichever is higher.
Duties
- Apply window tinting film to various types of vehicles with precision and attention to detail.
- Apply computer-cut patterns tailored to each vehicle's make and model.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the tinting process.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the tinting process.
