Duties

- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with general office management tasks.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment.
- Previous experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus.
