Currently we are hiring a QAQC Manager to join our team in West Texas

Duties And Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and walkthroughs to verify adherence to project quality standards and identify potential non-conformance issues.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and final turnover packages.
• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to address quality-related concerns and ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee all testing, commissioning, and validation activities for electrical, mechanical, and structural systems to ensure proper functionality before project handover.

Requirements

• Experience in Data Center Construction – Minimum 5 years overseeing QA/QC in mission-critical projects.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards – Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and other relevant QA/QC standards.
• MEP & Electrical Systems Expertise – Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including power distribution, HVAC, and fire/life safety.
• Inspection & Testing Proficiency – Experience conducting inspections, FAT/SAT testing, commissioning, and system verifications.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Ability to ensure project adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Documentation & Reporting Skills – Proficient in maintaining QA/QC records, preparing reports, and managing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Stakeholder Coordination – Ability to collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation – Experience identifying defects, troubleshooting quality issues, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
• Software Proficiency – Familiarity with QA/QC tracking tools, BIM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
