- Conduct credit analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness and risk.
- Utilize basic math skills to prepare financial reports and analyze data.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in upselling financial products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions using 10 key typing skills for efficiency.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline financial processes and improve customer relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance management or related field, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and credit analysis techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in basic math and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
