Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Windsor, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to maintain a welcoming environment.
