Key Responsibilities:
Retail Center Lead Duties:
- Retail Operations: Open and close the retail center, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and ready to serve customers each day.
-Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product questions and water services, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report low inventory, and help manage orders and restocking.
- Staffing & Training Support: Work with the Retail Center Manager to oversee and support retail staff, including training new team members on policies and procedures. Open and close additional locations when needed.
Marketing Assistant Duties:
-Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies, track results, and follow up on new leads to drive growth and business opportunities.
-Trade Show Coordination: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of trade shows and marketing events. This includes preparing materials, engaging with attendees, and representing Atlantic Blue at industry events.
-Marketing Material Distribution: Ensure the center has up-to-date marketing materials and distribute flyers, brochures, and product information to prospective customers.
Qualifications:
-Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
-Experience: 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience and some experience in marketing or events preferred.
-Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, basic proficiency in social media platforms, and experience with lead tracking tools is a plus.
