EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Provides direct administrative support to the Director, One Stop Enrollment & Recruitment staff Maintains department office supplies and promotional giveaways Processes purchase requisitions and purchase orders Performs clerical duties such as data entry, scanning/imaging, filing, phone support, text messaging, and email Assists with preparations for outreach and recruitment events as needed Utilizes technology including but not limited to Colleague and Recruit software to maintain accurate inquiry and communication records Monitors the acquisition/replacement of recruitment supplies, marketing materials, and equipment Provides information to prospective applicants and external partners regarding enrollment procedures for admissions, financial aid, enrollment, bursar, and advising Maintains current knowledge of college programs, resources, services, and best practices Ensures placement scores, SAT/ACT, or multiple measure scores are submitted and recorded Receives and processes incoming mail Assists with acceptance letters Serves as receptionist as needed Performs related duties as assigned
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Terms of Employment: This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape locations. This is a part time position requiring up to 26 hours per week.
