Maintains lab inventoryMeets with supervisor and co-workers to discuss daily procedures, issues and ideasReports problems to the assistant directorMeets with faculty to identify their laboratory needsKeeps labs, prep areas, stock rooms and greenhouse areas organized and in good condition for efficient and safe useMaintains and cleans laboratory glassware, equipment, cabinets, shelves, animal cages, etc.Preps laboratory carts; ensures labs are clean and supplies are in lab in advance of start time; make preparations for visiting groupsMonitors security of lab equipmentRelated duties as assigned.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
This is a part time position requiring up to 26 hours per week. Terms of Employment: This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
