Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and general maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide solutions
- Mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and understand repair needs
- Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products
