What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Motivate: Coach and inspire your sales team to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Close the Deal: Demonstrate exceptional closing skills and train your team to do the same.
- Appraisal Expertise: Utilize your vast used car knowledge to execute accurate and profitable appraisals.
- Desk Management: Own the desk with confidence, structuring deals that maximize gross while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- CRM Mastery: Use VinSolutions CRM to streamline processes, track performance, and optimize every sales opportunity.
- Inventory Control: Partner with our team to maintain a robust inventory that meets customer demands and drives revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role in automotive sales management.
- Proven Results: A verifiable track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering results.
- Closing Power: Demonstrated ability to close deals and mentor your team to do the same.
- Used Car Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the mid-to-high-end pre-owned vehicle market.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with VinSolutions CRM or similar platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities.
